- Does M-NOTE require a separate monthly subscription?
- M-NOTE is a one-time hardware purchase. You do not need a separate recurring subscription just to use the device with your existing MyMemo account. Transcription and AI usage follow your MyMemo plan and its limits.
- Can I use my AppSumo lifetime plan?
- Yes. Your existing AppSumo lifetime plan applies to your MyMemo account when you use M-NOTE. The hardware is purchased separately. Lifetime access does not mean unlimited transcription: your recording-minute allowance depends on your plan tier, and AI features follow your plan limits.
- What happens if I need more transcription minutes?
- Transcription uses your included recording-minute allowance and any recording-minute packs you purchase. Check your allowance and available top-ups in your MyMemo account before processing recordings. Contact support@mymemo.ai if you need help checking your plan.
